How It Works

  • Schedule: Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. For urgent requests, please contact us to see if we can accommodate (not guaranteed).
  • Booking Notes: When booking, select the correct service. In the Appointment Notes field, include:
    • Type of document/signing
    • Approximate number of pages
    • How many notarized signatures you need (if applicable)
  • Confirmations: You will receive a confirmation email after booking. A reconfirmation call is made 24 hours prior to your appointment to finalize details and fees.
  • The Signing: Please arrive on time. All signers must be present, alert, and have a valid, non-expired government-issued photo ID.

Cancellations & Fees

  • Fees: Notary fees are non-negotiable. Additional fees may apply for excessive signatures or specialized signings (excluding loan signings).
  • Reschedule/Cancellation Window: Please cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours prior to your appointment time.
  • Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 2 hours before your appointment may be subject to:
    • $10 cancellation fee for General Notary Services
    • $20 cancellation fee for Loan Signings
  • Deposits (Optional): To secure your appointment, you may pay a deposit equal to the cancellation fee. If paid, it will be deducted from your total at time of service.
Pro tip: Accurate appointment notes = a smoother signing and faster service.

Loan Signing

New purchases, refi’s, sales, modifications, and general loan signings.
Appointment Notes: include approx. page count + loan type.

General Notary Signing

Document Preparation

Self-guided document prep support for items like wills, power of attorney, and contracts.
Appointment Notes: include the document type you need prepared.
Estimated time: ~45 minutes

Travel Fee: Travel fee included in service fee for within 15 miles of the King George 22485 service area. $1.50 per mile for each additional mile over 15 miles.

All service fees will be confirmed during the 24-hour appointment reminder call and an invoice will be sent.

Payments accepted: Cash, CashApp, Venmo, or PayPal (anytime prior to or during service).
